Co-Creating Our Conflict Culture

May 15 @ 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm PDT

Co-Creating Our Conflict Culture—an introduction for activists to radical approaches to conflict. Rather than seeing conflict as something to be resolved or managed, it can be seen as a way that change is seeking to enter a system. By noticing and engaging with the systems we inhabit, we can create a fertile container for the possibility of transformation. In the current dominant culture that surrounds us, conflict is repressed in order to prevent change and maintain the status quo. These approaches aim to move us from a conflict-repressive culture to a culture of conflict integration. Engaging with our conflicts can tend the web of interdependence and honor change as a life force that moves through all things. Every conflict is an opportunity to realign with the web of life. Join us to explore radical perspectives and learn tools to support resilient movements.
