NO WASTED FOOD POTLUCK
We will enjoy a meal prepared from left overs and learn about regenerative agriculture! Join TCAT in the experiment of transforming left overs or edible uncommonly used foods (ex: broccoli stalks) into a delicious new dish.
Bring your recipe to share! The dish voted most delicious will win a prize. For more information on the contest rules: https://www.thurstonclimateaction.org/delicious-again-potluck-contest/
PANEL:WHAT IS REGENERATIVE AGRICULTURE?
At the same time, learn from a panel about how regenerative agriculture can transform the health of the food we produce and the planet. The regenerative agriculture panel discussion will be at 6:30pm. Speakers include Pat Rasmussen and Joel Hanson. Lynn Fitz-Hugh will be the discussion host.
