Getting engaged, putting your values into action

September 14 @ 9:00 am - 11:30 am PDT

This free workshop is the one to connect the dots with how the League aligns with your values.

· Interested in fighting climate change?

· Concerned about the quality of our drinking water?

· Worried about how the crisis at the border is affecting our
county?

· Want to join with others to protect natural spaces and
farmlands?

Want to do more than share an opinion?

This learning and networking opportunity provides a working understanding and practical knowledge regarding the LWV national principles, positions and history of actions. The curriculum has been designed and will be facilitated by King County League members Judy Deiro and Sarah Phillips.

Learn about activities of the Lobby Team, Voter Services, and meet members of the LWV-TC Board and others who make a difference! Make connections to the many and varied ways members can be ENGAGED in the League. While valuable to new members, we believe there is a place for each of our members to advocate, support, challenge, participate and discover leadership opportunities on whatever level of involvement works for you.
Feel free to bring a friend!
