MLK Jr. Day – Volunteer Restoration Work Party in West Bay Woods

January 20 @ 10:00 am - 2:00 pm PST

We’ll be honoring Martin Luther King Jr. this month by building ecological diversity and resiliency into our community. Please join us for a fun day of native planting and ivy removal in the beautiful West Bay Woods! We have hundreds of native plants to get in the ground, just in time to take advantage of this glorious winter rain. We’ll provide tasty treats, warm drinks, work gloves and tools – bring an extra layer and some friends for a fun day in the forest! We’ll also plan on giving a site tour of our new properties at 12:30pm so make sure you’re there for this exciting sneak peak!Meet at the park entrance at the east end of Dickinson St. NW (1212 Dickinson St. NW), but please park on Rogers St. and walk down (no parking available on Dickinson). See you there!!https://www.facebook.com/events/596605417572740/
