TCD Strategic Planning Session Tapas Potluck
July 12 @ 4:00 pm - 6:45 pm PDT
The Thurston County Democrats need you and your ideas for updating the 2019 – 2020 strategic plan! What makes a strategic plan important? It’s a roadmap to any organizational plan,
a barometer, and guidance to measure success against. It provides clear communications regarding where an organization is headed. Common language to remove barriers of fog. Documenting
strategies and laying out short/long term objectives drawn from a common goal, mission, and values we can then evaluate
where we stand and plot a course for improvements and successes. This will allow TCD to show progress and move the needle toward the values we all share.
So bring your favorite ideas and favorite small plate to share. Plates, utensils and refreshments will be provided!
